I took the Talentoday Personality Assessment which took me all of 22mins to complete.  I had a slower connection, so that probably added to the time taken.  I would recommend setting aside about 15-20mins to complete this test.  The test is completely free, so go ahead and check it out!
Under this inventory tool, it seems to classify each personality trait under one of 5 clusters
  • Yellow – Communicate
  • Blue – Manage
  • Red – Dare
  • Green – Adapt
  • Purple – Excel
It would also show you a motivation radar which shows you what generally motivates you.
While different from other tools available, I think the results are pretty good considering that it is free.  I can see how some of my StrengthsFinder Themes are reflected in the chart as well.  For example, my Competition is #30 and Achiever #29 which may explain why my purple scores are so low.
Take it and have some fun in the process!
