In Dec 2015, I had the privilege to share StrengthsFinder with a group of 150 University Students from Faith Community Baptist Church (FCBC) as part of their yearly camp retreat. The response and energy from this group was amazing (one reason I love to work with youths!) and it was the after-session discussion with those whom I spoke with personally that really spiked the level of satisfaction for me.
