- How to create strategic partnerships with others
- What the roots of weaknesses are and how to mitigate them
- What are the 3 key aspects to look for in a career
- What their general occupational theme code is and how that influences the careers that are suitable for them
- How do their talents influence what career to choose
- What to do during interviews to maximise the probability of a good job fit and person fit
