Mission of the StrengthsFinder Singapore Network (SFSN)
To establish a Strengths-Based community where there is a safe environment for self-discovery and to mutually support and develop each other’s talents into strengths.

Meetup Sessions
Meetup Sessions are topical sessions that focuses on how you can use your talent themes to achieve a specific goal. To do so, a foundational understanding of what a strengths-based approach is, and of your own talent themes is critical. As an Elite Member, you will have the Free Strengths Jump-Start Workshop to give you that boost!

FREE Strengths Jump-Start Workshop
This 2.5 hour online interactive workshop is designed to help you dig deeper into your CliftonStrengths Signature Themes (Top 5) and get to know other Elite Members of the StrengthsFinder Singapore Network. At the end of the workshop, you would have gained a more in-depth understanding of your talent themes and created your own personal strengths statement.
If you are new to CliftonStrengths, this workshop will help jump-start your engines to begin your strengths journey. And if you already have experience with CliftonStrengths, you will gain new insights, and also have an opportunity to help a fellow member to learn from you as well.
At the end of the session, we will have a Questions and Answers (Q&A) segment where we can address your queries regardless of how well-versed you are with your profile. During this segment, we can dive as deeply as possible based on the prior knowledge of the group. This means that there will be something for everyone regardless of your knowledge and skill levels.
A typical strengths workshop like this will cost you anything between $80-$160 (or usually more)

Talent Showcase Sessions & Recordings
Moving online, we are now bringing you speakers from all around the world covering a wide multitude of topics, from Perfectionism, personal branding to job searching and business mindsets. Check out our workplan to see the full range of topics we are covering. If you are unable to attend, most of the sessions are recorded and will be made available to you.
Talent Showcase Recordings are priced at a nominal fee of SGD $15. This is to make it affordable, and to cover the cost of producing the video, the subscription for the Learning Management System (LMS), and hosting of the video. But you, our Elite Member, will have access to all Talent Showcase Recordings for Free.

Do I need to pay to be a member of the StrengthsFinder Singapore Network (SFSN)?
The objective of the SFSN is to build a tightly-knit, supportive, strengths-based community. Being a basic member of the SFSN is totally free. As a basic member, you may discuss topics with the community on the discussion platforms, join the quick connective live sessions for discussions, and join us for any social gatherings.
If you would like to receive some of the additional perks such as free access to meetup sessions, talent showcase, recordings of past sessions etc, then you will want to join us as an Elite Member.
Must I attend all Meetup Sessions if I join as an Elite Member?
One of my members who had visited the Business Networking International (BNI), highlighted to me that the expectation to be there at every meetup resulted in some discomfort. As an Elite Member, you are highly encouraged to join us for the meetup sessions, but it is not compulsory. In fact, one of the benefits is that you can catch up on the Talent Showcase Sessions via the recordings if you can’t attend the sessions.
I do highly recommend that you remain an active participant as far as possible, as that is where the real value of being part of a community like this.
