He is both Practice Head and Gallup Strengths Coach at Strengths Masters (www.strengthsmasters.com) and he has over 16 years of corporate experience in training, development, talent management, and performance coaching for MNCs, SMEs, startups & non-profit organizations.
Abhishek has over 15,000 hours of experience in personal development coaching and management consultancy. After spending 12 years in the corporate organizations in full-time roles which includes leading organization development department in large scale organizations, setting up leadership development academy, setting up School of Sales and Service Excellence, he completed the Gallup Certified Strengths Coaching Certification in 2016 – a certification that is awarded by Gallup, USA ensuring the high standards for effectiveness.
He has studied strategic human resources management and completed one year Executive Program in Human Resources Management from IIM Calcutta a premier Business School of India. He has been active at the forefront of the ‘Strengths Movement’. He has successfully led 100 + Strengths-based leadership workshops, Sales interventions, and individual coaching sessions for Senior Leaders and managers in various organizations.
