In this exciting 2h session, we define and compare IQ, EQ and Personality and the roles they play in performing at work.
We dive especially deep into concepts of EQ and look at a few popular models in that area.
Finally, we pick the popular and science-backed EQI-2.0 instrument and describe how it measures EQ. We look at a few sample reports to get a good idea how it applies. We also set it in context to tools such as StrengthsFinder.
